The Complete Book of the Grayling - Ronald Broughton

R Broughton - The Complete Book of the Grayling

Review A revised and expanded edition of a classic book, it will appeal to all grayling enthusiasts. Although Ron Broughton is a leading authority on grayling, he has also called upon contribution from grayling experts across the globe.

With up-to-date techniques such as the Eastern European (Polish) rolling nymph technique explained, you will gain quite a lot of instruction from this book; if you are a globe trotter, you will value the advice from a wide range of river types including chalk streams, spate rivers and in-stream lakes.

Eight pages of clear colour pictures are supplemented by a liberal sprinkling of black-and-white photographs and some very clear and well-thought-out line diagrams throughout the text. Altogether a well-planned and executed piece of authorship/editing. Good value even at £35, and a book for using as well as owning.
