Ononis repens - Rest-harrow

Rest-harrow

A member of the Pea family (Leguminosae), rest-harrow commonly grows on dry grassy cliffs. The stems are hairy and the leaves oval or trefoil, sometimes with slight notching.

Rest-harrow blooms in July and August.
