Malvaceae Gallery - the Mallow family

The Mallow family comprises more than 4000 species and includes many popular ornamentals as well as several crops of economic importance - cotton, cocoa and its derivative chocolate to name just a couple. Also in this family are the stately Lime trees that line avenues and are planted in parks and large gardens.
