Gomphaceae and Clavariadelphaceae Gallery

The Gomphaceae is a smallish family of mycorrhizal coral-like fungi, some of which are colourful and striking. The Clavariaceae is a much small group of club-like fungi.

For more information about the family Gomphaceae and a deeper insight into the ecology and structure of the species featured in our Gomphaceae Gallery pages, please see Pat O'Reilly's latest book Fascinated by Fungi.
